Research and Publications
Gadfly’s environmental research explores the human dimensions of invasive species. In particular, they have focused on the ways different groups communicate about invasive species, their perceptions of risk and expectations for management, and the impacts of invasive species denialism. Their most recent research digs into how to improve equity, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility in the sciences, and ways to improve how we communicate about invasive species to be more inclusive.
